Comprehensive Social Cultural and Economic Benefits of Green Buildings Based on Improved AHP–FCE Method

Green buildings can effectively alleviate energy scarcity and improve environmental quality, are becoming the mainstream mode of transformation upgrading construction industry. It is given great importance by all sectors society committed to implementing “carbon peak” neutral” goals earnestly. However, unclear comprehensive benefits green restrict their development in China. The existing studies tend be limited a single aspect, such as economic or benefits. purpose this study establish more systematic complete evaluation system for buildings’ increase consideration impact social cultural benefits, along with first two Firstly, also considering triple bottom line principle benefit principle, four primary indicators twenty secondary were selected buildings. Secondly, an improved AHP–FCE method was adopted determine weights each indicator. Finally, feasibility verified through case study, some suggestions improving put forward.
